Marianna Karapetyan
Architect and Urban Planner
Marianna Karapetyan is founder and the head of “Electric Architects” architectural design studio, based in Yerevan, Armenia. She is a practicing architect and urban planner, with over 17 years of experience in the field.
She has completed her Master’s degrees in Moscow Architectural Institute as an industrial architect, and in Architectural Association School of Architecture in London at “Housing and Urbanism” program.

During her career she has worked in various fields and completed projects of different scales, from furniture design to large urban projects. Over recent years her studio is mainly focused on residential development in Yerevan, Armenia, exploring various typological approaches to forming living units and communities.
